Working in conjunction with key stakeholders and field managers, I developed ExpressPay marketing collateral to support awareness and instructional messaging around this Member service. ExpressPay was rolled out to the full chain of 230+ clubs and provides Members (via the BJ's App) with a seamless and efficient "scan and go" self-checkout way to shop.
