Working with internal stakeholders and 230+ club managers across the chain, I was tasked with expanding creative for our buy online pickup in-club service to now include a curbside/out-of-club pickup option. This service was activated in order to make purchases/club runs more contactless, comfortable and easy for our members.
Curbside Pickup Photoshoot
I was tasked with directing our Buy Online Pickup In-Club photoshoots. The shoot was actioned in order to create a library of images that were used to support digital and print marketing efforts for this omni-channel member service.
Print Collateral

Directional Signage
A few examples of some wayfinding and program awareness signage that were created for use inside and outside of the clubs. Examples include an entry point easel, weatherproof sidewalk sign, and a moveable oversized sock banner.
Exterior Signage & Parking
I worked alongside the club operations team and club managers to develop directional signage for parking lot pickup locations. Examples include a shopping cart storage banner, parking spot paint and moveable check-in signs.
